As one of the 19 AICI Certified Image Masters in the world, and the first in Asia, she is a visionary industry trailblazer, with numerous newspaper and magazine feature articles, and appearances on local and regional television and radio.
SERENA CHANBusiness Director
Serena is a strong advocate for strategic branding and people development. She oversees the training curriculum and courseware development initiatives at Imageworks, specific training contextualisation to meet client needs, and the overall business operations and management of the company. A versatile, extroverted and all-rounded leader, Serena is also a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach who desires to bring out the best in people.

Sing Ming is an accomplished organisational development consultant and facilitator, with more than 30 years of experience in helping clients initiate and implement impactful programmes for organisational growth. He is a certified Singapore Quality Award (SQA) assessor and is a captivating trainer in sharing service-related stories and real-life experiences. His track record in developing consulting and training interventions is extensive.

Cindy is a seasoned trainer and speaker in personal branding, emotional quotient and social intelligence. A lifelong learner, Cindy is certified in Image Management, Behavioural Consulting and Emotional Intelligence, and holds professional memberships in Asia Professional Speakers Singapore (APSS), Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) and Primetime’s Keynote Asia’s Women Speakers.

Pei Lin is a systematic and practical trainer, whose forte lies in distilling key protocol, etiquette and image concepts to participants. She joined Imageworks in 2009, after a a decade in the civil service. Sherrin is an energetic, eloquent and effectively bilingual trainer with more than 12 years of experience in customer service management. Her training experience started from her employment with Singapore Airlines, where she helped to achieve high standards in grooming and etiquette. Sherrin is also a certified NLP and EQ coach and trainer, and volunteers at the Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan to contribute to the community.


Imageworks’ training programmes are customised to meet the needs and specific requirements of each training group and/or individual. We use a facilitation process that inspires, equips and empowers the participant to elevate his/her personal brand, image, etiquette and first impressions management, from vision to action. Through our educational and experiential learning sessions, participants acquire the knowledge and skills to present themselves with greater confidence and influence on a day-to-day basis. Consequently, personal habits and work attitudes also become noticeably more desirable.

The design philosophy, consultation approach and methodology of Imageworks is based on sound image principles and practices from our industry’s foremost image masters and which are recognised by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). Imageworks is a related company of the Academy of Image Mastery (Asia’s leading image consulting academy), facilitator of Gallup’s CliftonStrengths assessments, and a SkillsFuture SG Approved Training Organisation.

To optimise learning, interactive activities have been planned for every training module that will provide participants with a visual and hands-on learning experience. Imageworks’ well-organised information and tips also make concepts easier to remember and apply.
